National VP of Events, OASIS | 2024–2025

Leading GenAI Education Initiative

Spearheaded the award-winning OASIS National’s Demystifying GenAI initiative—a 15-session virtual learning series that made Generative AI accessible to employees across all technical levels. This initiative positioned OASIS as a hub for innovation and helped promote an organization-wide shift toward responsible AI adoption.

Highlights:

  • Presented the first 3 sessions (“Intro to AI,” “Prompt Engineering,” and “Tools”) to set tone and generate momentum
  • Partnered with internal leaders and external experts on AI ethics, automation, and AT&T’s internal AI tools
  • Built an active Yammer community to support 24/7 peer learning and Q&A
  • Created post-event surveys, analyzed feedback, and continuously optimized session content

Impact:

  • Introduced GenAI into workplace laying the path for upcoming internal roll out of ChatGPT-like tools
  • Fostered a culture of curiosity and genAI adoption among employee members
  • Encouraged generative AI education among employee members

National VP of Communications, OASIS | 2020–2021

Global Collaboration & Recognition During Crisis

Co-led communications for COVID relief efforts that raised $260K+, directly benefiting AT&T India employees and supporting India’s local healthcare system during the pandemic resulting in an award for OASIS National. Drove logistics and storytelling that helped OASIS win AT&T’s “Best Overall Excellence in Action” Award for OASIS National’s Make our World a Better Place initiative, in 2020. This recognition, selected from 50+ employee groups across 35+ countries, honored our impact across four pillars: A Better You, A Better Us, A Better Community, and A Better Planet.

Additional Contributions:

  • Supported events on IoT for Good, Earth Day, and 5G/Data Science Seminars
  • Authored content for internal comms, including Cultural and traditions education and sustainability articles
  • Led comms strategy for mentorship, scholarship, and DEI dialogue programs

Driving Lifelong Learning & Sustainability

Launched two signature programs to engage members in personal and community growth:

  • Book Summaries Program: Personally curated and presented 40+ book reviews in finance, leadership, and health, sparking community discussions and personal development
  • Zero Waste Education: Simplified sustainability practices with practical toolkits, content, and presentations

Expanded national collaboration via support for entrepreneurship workshops and scholarships

Creator of the OASIS Business Entrepreneurship Program (Finalist – ERG in Action Awards)

Created an experiential workshop series introducing entrepreneurship to 2,000+ underserved students across 8 U.S. cities by partnering with DECA and AT&T Community Outreach support.

STEM Outreach + Women & Children Empowerment

Led dual community impact initiatives with measurable outcomes:

  • STEM Coding for Kids: Trained volunteers and delivered dual-track workshops for K–12 youth—morning sessions via Code.org, afternoons via MIT App Inventor for mobile app development
  • Recycled Tech for Women’s Shelters: Launched a cellphone upcycling program to raise funds for shelters supporting survivors of domestic violence
